By accessing or using Khmer26, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement and must provide accurate account information.

Khmer26 provides technology that helps buyers and sellers discover listings and communicate. Unless expressly stated, Khmer26 is not the seller, buyer, broker, payment provider, delivery provider, or owner of listed items.

• Users are responsible for evaluating listings and counterparties.
• A listing, verification badge, review, or moderation decision is not a guarantee of quality, legality, identity, or payment.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials and verification codes confidential. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Use truthful and current registration information.
• Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade enforcement.
• Do not sell, transfer, or share access to your account.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Khmer26 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the marketplace.

• Only list items or services you are authorized to offer.
• Use accurate titles, prices, categories, locations, descriptions, and photographs.
• Disclose material defects and do not post duplicate, misleading, counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or unsafe items.
• Follow the Posting Rules and applicable Cambodian law.

Buyers and sellers decide whether and how to transact. Inspect items, verify ownership, use safe meeting locations, and retain transaction records. Do not send deposits or disclose financial credentials merely because another user requests them.

• Do not use messages for spam, threats, harassment, fraud, or unlawful activity.
• Offers made through Khmer26 do not transfer ownership or create a payment guarantee.
• Users are responsible for taxes, permits, delivery, warranties, and transaction documentation that apply to them.

Prices, duration, eligibility, and placement for subscriptions or promotions are shown before activation. Promotions improve placement but do not guarantee views, inquiries, or a sale.

Paid services are available only when supported payment methods are enabled. Additional payment or refund terms may be shown at checkout.

Khmer26 may review, restrict, reject, remove, or preserve content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce policies, protect users, comply with law, or secure the service.

• We may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
• We may use automated signals and human review, but cannot monitor every listing or message.
• Attempts to bypass a restriction may lead to additional enforcement.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Khmer26 disclaims implied warranties and does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, user conduct, listing accuracy, or transaction outcomes.

Each user is responsible for their content, conduct, and transactions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Khmer26 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from user transactions, third-party conduct, or unavailable services.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms to reflect legal, security, or product changes. The page's updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
